1) The topic of the Challenge is rotated. You do not have to respond to every Challenge. Each UFC contributing author gets an opportunity to Challenge, but it is not compulsory. If you DO make a Challenge, then you MUST rise to your own Challenge and submit an entry. 2) The writing must be original--nothing from the net, and it must be all your own work. If you quote someone, please give a credit. You may use some of your past blogs/writing if they meet the parameters of the theme. 3) This is a page for words only, so please do not augment your contribution with a photograph or graphic. 4) The themes will be posted here every Monday for submission during the following week. 5) The exact wording of the challenge should be written at the top of your blog, ahead of your piece. You should also provide a link to the actual blog challenge page so that the work of other contributing authors can be showcased along with your own work. 6) The entries will be linked up in chronological order of submission. 7) Because children as young as 13 have access to this Challenge site, I reserve the right to refuse to publish links to material which I deem to be pornographic and/or which use foul language. 8) In the event that the moderator deems the submitted piece has not met the parameters of the Challenge, then the person who actually made the Challenge will be the final arbitor on whether the parameters have been met. 9) Please do NOT post links to other groups in our Guest Book (Q&A section). That box is now given over to provide for open questions and comments relevant to this site and for UFC announcement of birthdays. Please post your birthday greetings to the contact in THEIR guestbook, not in the Q&A section here. Thanks. 10) Even though they brighten up the Question & Answer section, glitter graphics can really slow down the loading process and/or distort the page. In the humble opinion of the moderator, small unintrusive ones are acceptable, but I would prefer they did not overwhelm the page. Challenges are published every Monday. 
APOLOGIES ...Apologies but my computer is down. I emailed Ari (Skyerider) to post her own Challenge here (it ws due on Monday) and requested she take care of the page until I can get a replacement computer, but on checking back it seems she hasn't... more
